Excellent location, good house keeping and breakfast. Messy Reception service and unfriendly staff. I stay for 6 nights, suite had good area, furniture shows signs of wear.
Loved the breakfast, had cleaned sheets and towels daily and front desk was super kind and patient. The check in is a bit longer than expected, but everything else was amazing! Oh and the view! The view was wonderful! Highly recommend!
+ not too far from city centre, next to Puerta la Victoria shopping mall + big rooms + very friendly staff + good internet - hooks in the room would be nice - bathroom looks a bit empty - a normal shower, besides the rain shower would be good - better toilet paper quality preferred - carpet in the gangway should be more often cleaned - tiles in the room shall be also cleaned (not just in the bathroom) - slow elevator, no possibility to go easily from Lobby floor to Ground floor
The hotel is a part of the mall. Very convenient for shoppers and diners. For guests of the hotel. You have to park in the public parking garage of the mall. You pay for this parking in the hotel. Hotel has a nice pool and gym on the top 7th floor. Beautiful view. Free laundry on the same floor. Will stay here again in the future.
Omg beautiful hotel!! Great service and lots of Covid precautions!! I loved the hotel and enjoyed it lots! Also I had a pool and gym on the roof!! It wouldn’t let me upload a video so this are screenshots from it!! I recommend it to everyone who is visiting Queretaro for business or travel!!
